This Privacy Policy explains how LM Digital Works LLC (“LM Digital Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Raven Card Game (“Raven”), including its mobile, web, multiplayer, account, and related online features.

1. Information Raven may collect

Account and profile information

When you create or use a Raven account, we may process information such as your account identifier, email address or other sign-in information provided through the authentication method you choose, display name, profile information, and profile image if you choose to provide one.

Game and multiplayer information

Raven may store information needed to operate games and multiplayer features, including game history, wins and losses, player ratings, scores, room or match information, invitations, partner selections, game settings, house-rule settings, and other gameplay-related data.

User-created content and settings

If you use features that allow you to create or save custom robot instructions, training instructions, preferences, names, or other settings, Raven may store that information so it can be available to you later and used to provide the requested feature.

Technical and diagnostic information

Raven and the services used to operate it may process technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, timestamps, crash information, diagnostic logs, network information, and similar data needed for security, reliability, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and app performance.

Optional communications features

Raven may offer optional communication features, including live voice or audio features. If you choose to use a feature that requires microphone access, Raven will request permission before accessing the microphone. Audio is used to provide the communication feature you choose to use. We do not use microphone access for advertising.

2. How we use information

We may use information processed through Raven to:

• create and maintain user accounts;
• operate multiplayer games, private rooms, matchmaking, invitations, ratings, and statistics;
• save player settings and custom preferences;
• provide offline and online gameplay features where supported;
• provide customer support and respond to user requests;
• maintain app security, prevent abuse, and investigate technical problems;
• improve reliability, performance, and user experience; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Service providers

Raven uses third-party service providers to operate certain features. These providers may process information on our behalf according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Raven uses Google Firebase services for features such as authentication, cloud data storage, database services, app infrastructure, and related backend functionality.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers when needed to operate Raven, with other players when a feature is designed to display information to them (for example, your display name, rating, or game activity), when you direct us to share it, or when required by law or necessary to protect users, our services, or our legal rights.

5. Public and multiplayer information

Some information is intended to be visible to other Raven users. Depending on the feature, this may include your display name, profile image, rating, game statistics, room participation, or similar multiplayer information. Do not use a display name or profile information that you do not want other players to see.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Raven, maintain accounts and game functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of the service. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is being stored.

7. Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your Raven account and associated personal data. Instructions are available on our Raven Account & Data Deletion page.

8. Children

Raven is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Raven without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review the situation.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. However, no online service or data transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Raven changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown above and publish the revised policy at this page.
