Account & Data Deletion

Raven users may request deletion of their Raven account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to leonardmiller1984@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Raven Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the email address or sign-in identifier associated with your Raven account and your Raven display name, if applicable.

What will be deleted

After we verify the request, we will delete or de-identify account information and personal data that is associated with the account and that we are not required to retain. This may include profile information, account-linked settings, and other user-specific information stored by Raven.

What may be retained

Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or other legitimate legal obligations. Some de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify you may also be retained.

Processing time

We will review deletion requests as reasonably practical after verifying the account owner. If additional information is needed to verify the request, we will contact you using the email address you provide.
